Authentic Movement - Summer Intensive

DATES: Saturday, July 15th (10am-5pm) & Sunday, July 16th (10am-1pm), 2017

PRICING: $125 for the full intensive, $85 for one day (Saturday)

Authentic Movement is a body-centered practice rooted in Jungian Depth Psychology and Dance/Movement Therapy. EveryBODY is welcome! This course is open to adults (18+) of any experience level, from seasoned practitioners to individuals that are approaching this practice for the first time.

In this intensive you will:

-learn about the history and form of this therapeutic practice

-connect with your true self and its ability to promote personal, social and environmental healing

-practice nature awareness and learn techniques to deepen your connection with the land

-unleash your creative expression and be witnessed in your embodied truth
